CST Ticket Policy:
Ticket Payments: Payments can be mailed to the theater, accepted
by credit card, or can be placed in the drop box located at the theater.
Tickets can also be purchased online.
Ticket policy: Doors open approx. a half hour before performances. All tickets must be paid within 24 hours of orders placed or be subject to additional fees. Unpaid tickets may be released. Tickets may be canceled with a 24 hour notice or exchanged for another performance of the same production, subject to availability. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows the day of the event. If your tickets are not picked up twenty minutes prior to curtain on the date of the performance, your seats may be released. This applies to all regular and season ticket holders. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of management.
Winter Weather: Please note there are no refunds for winter weather unless a show is canceled. If you are concerned about winter driving and a upcoming storm you can cancel your seats 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
COVID-19: All County Seat Theater staff, performers and volunteers are required to be vaccinated. Masks are required during productions. If a patron is exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms or has possibly been exposed to someone who has we ask them to please stay home. Your tickets will be exchanged or refunded to you. Policies can change daily.
